Velimir "Velja" Ilić (Велимир "Веља" Илић) was born on May 28, 1951 in Čačak, Yugoslavia (Serbia) and is the current Minister of Capital Investment in the Serbian government, cabinet of Prime Minister Vojislav Koštunica.
