Ăngel VĂctor Paz Estenssoro (October 7, 1907 - June 7, 2001) was a politician and former president of Bolivia. He ran for president 8 times (1947, 1951, 1960, 1964, 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1985), winning in 1951, 1960, 1964, and 1985.
