Victoria Muñoz Mendoza



Victoria "Melo" Muñoz Mendoza (born 1940) is a former politician from Puerto Rico. She is the daughter of the first democratically elected governor of Puerto Rico, Luis Muñoz Marín, founder of the Popular Democratic Party.
