Vancouver Island Marmot
The Vancouver Island Marmot (Marmota vancouverensis) is found only in the high mountainous regions of Vancouver Island, in British Columbia, Canada. The species can be distinguished from other marmots by their rich, chocolate brown fur and contrasting white patches.
