Violaceous Trogon
The Violaceous Trogon, Trogon violaceus, is a near passerine bird in the trogon family, Trogonidae. The nominate race occurs in southeastern Colombia, Bolivia, Venezuela, the Amazon basin, the Guianas and Trinidad.
