Vegard Ulvang
Vegard Ulvang (born October 10, 1963) is a Norwegian former cross-country skier who won three Olympic gold medals. At the opening ceremony of the 1994 Winter Olympic Games, he took the ceremonial Olympic Oath on part of all the athletes.
