Vinho do DĂŁo

Vinho do DĂŁo (or DĂŁo wine) is from the RegiĂŁo Demarcada do DĂŁo, a region demarcated in 1908, but whose protected history extends as far back as 1390 when some measures were taken to protect this wine's regional characteristics. DĂŁo wine is produced in a mountainous region with a temperate climate, in the area of the Rio Mondego and DĂŁo rivers in the north central region of Portugal.
