Vladimir Podatev
Vladimir Podatev is a Russian criminal from Khabarovsk frequently mentioned within literature on Organized Crime. He created the International Human Rights Agency "Edinstvo", was elected a Supreme Ataman of the World Cossack Society, and appointed a member of the Commission for Human Rights under the President of Russia.
