Vlado Dapčević
Vladimir "Vlado" Dapčević was a Yugoslav communist and founder of Party of Labour, born 1917 in the village Ljubotinj in Montenegro, he attended Secondary school in Cetinje, where he was expelled because of organizing a student strike.
