Victor H. Schiro
Victor Hugo "Vic" Schiro (May 6, 1904 - August 29, 1992), was an Italian-American New Orleans, Louisiana, politician who served on the New Orleans City Council and as Mayor of New Orleans from 1961 - 1969.
