Van Nest, Bronx
Van Nest, a neighborhood which overlaps the southwestern corner of the Morris Park section of The Bronx, is bounded by Bronxdale Avenue, the Amtrak/Metro-North tracks, East Tremont Avenue, and the Bronx River Parkway. Most of the residents are Italian American, African American, and Hispanic, with some Albanian immigrants as well.
