Western Communities
The Western Communities is a term used to describe municipalities and unincorporated districts west of Esquimalt Harbour and Portage Inlet, and south of the Malahat in the Capital Regional District (CRD) of British Columbia, Canada. It is an area of growing residential subdivisions, although farmland and substantial tracts of wilderness still predominate.
