Washington State Route 397
State Route 397, or Highway 397, is a minor highway servicing the Tri-Cities of southeastern Washington. The highway provides one of only three paths across the Columbia River from the southern cities (Richland and Kennewick) to Pasco via the Cable Bridge, along with Interstate 182 and U.
