Westerland (Schleswig)
Westerland (Danish: Vesterland, Frisian: Wäästerlön) lies on the North Sea island of Sylt and is Germany's northernmost town. Only the smaller communities of List, Wenningstedt and Kampen – none an incorporated town – lie farther north in Germany.
