Waterfront Commission
The Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor (WCNYH) is an inter-state government entity of the States of New York and New Jersey, which was established in August of 1953. Under statutory mandate, the mission of the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor is to investigate, deter, combat, and remedy criminal activity and influence in the Port of New York and New Jersey.
