Walter Roscoe Stubbs
Walter Roscoe Stubbs from Wayne County near the Indiana town of Richmond (November 7, 1858 - March 25, 1929) moved to Douglas County, Kansas with his family in 1869. He served as 18th Governor of Kansas from 1909 to 1913.
