Warsaw Uprising (1830)

The Warsaw Uprising of 1830, otherwise known as the November Night () was an armed uprising of a small group of Polish non-commissioned officers against the Russian garrison of Warsaw, then the capital of the Kingdom of Poland, dependent on Russia. The uprising, started in the late hours of November 29, 1830, soon spread to all parts of the city and became the spark that ignited what became known as the November Uprising.
