Wali Khan Amin Shah () (He had many aliases, including Osama Turkestani, Osama Asmuray, and Grabi Ibrahim Hahsen), convicted on charges of terrorism, he was an Al-Qaeda member that allegedly controlled the purse strings for the foiled Operation Bojinka terrorist attack plot.
