Wayne Gilchrest
Wayne Thomas Gilchrest (born April 15 1946) is a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives representing the 1st Congressional district (map) of Maryland since 1991. The district includes the entire Eastern Shore and a few suburbs of Baltimore.
