WeiĂźwurst
WeiĂźwurst (literally white sausage) is a traditional Bavarian sausage made from very finely minced veal and fresh pork bacon. It is usually flavoured with parsley, also known as "beiderl", lemon, mace, onions, ginger and cardamom, though there are some variations.
