Wakil Ahmed Muttawakil
Wakil Ahmad Mutawakil was the foreign minister in the Taliban government of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. Prior to this he served as spokesman and secretary to Mullah Mohammad Omar, leader of the Taliban.
