Wataniya Telecom
Wataniya Telecom is the second licensed GSM mobile operator in Kuwait. Commercially launched in December 1999, Wataniya Telecom is part of Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO), and has been a driving force in increasing the mobile communications market in Kuwait to more than 90 per cent of the population.
