Western Pyrotechnic Association
The Western Pyrotechnic Association is an independent offshoot of the Pyrotechnics Guild International. It was formed in 1989 by west-coast fireworks enthusiasts who were inconvenienced by making long trips to Iowa and Indiana for the annual PGI convention.
