Welshman Ncube
Professor Welshman Ncube (born July 7, 1961) is a Zimbabwean politician and a leading member of the smaller faction of the Movement for Democratic Change. He has been a member of the House of Assembly of Zimbabwe for Bulawayo North East since the 2000 elections.
