"What R U Waiting 4" is a pop-soft rock song and the debut solo single from Australian singer-songwriter Tiffani Wood. Composed by Matthew Gerrard, Bridgit Benenate and Steve Brooker, the single marked a musical change for Wood who was mostly known for her pop-dance music with girl group Bardot.
