YaĹźar Teymur oÄźlu Aliyev (YaĹźar Teymur oÄźlu ĆŹliyev in Azeri) (born August 1955) is the Permanent Representative (or Ambassador) to the United Nations for Azerbaijan. He presented his credentials to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on 12 March 2002.
