Yukio Tsuda
Yukio Tsuda (津田幸雄) is a professor in the Department of International Communication at the Graduate School of International Development, Nagoya University. He is an opponent of the "hegemony of English" as well as a proponent of linguistic pluralism and the concept of "Ecology of Language".
