Yirmisekiz Mehmed Çelebi
Yirmisekiz Mehmed Çelebi was an Ottoman statesman who was delegated as ambassador by the Sultan Ahmed III to Louis XV's France in 1720. He is remembered for his account of his embassy mission ("Sefaretname").
