Yuri (Command & Conquer)
Yuri is a fictional character and one of the antagonists in the real-time strategy computer game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and its sequel, portrayed by the actor Udo Kier. He is a powerful telepath and the chief advisor to Premier Romanov (his role is initially similar to Kane's role in the original Red Alert).
