Yvette D. Clarke
Yvette Diane Clarke (born November 21, 1964) currently is a member of the United States House of Representatives from New York's 11th congressional district. Clarke won the Democratic Primary on September 12, 2006 defeating David Yassky, Carl Andrews and Chris Owens.
