Yuan Xi



Yuán Xī () (176 – 207) was the second son of the warlord Yuán Shào and a military general under his father during the late Eastern Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms era in ancient China. After he was defeated in battle against Cáo Cāo, he fled to Liaodong with his younger brother Yuán Shàng and was betrayed and killed by Gongsun Kang, governor of Liaodong, who sent his head to Cáo Cāo.
