Yorkis Miguel Vargas PĂ©rez (born September 30, 1967 in Bajos De Haina, Dominican Republic) is a former left-handed relief pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Chicago Cubs, Florida Marlins, New York Mets, Philadelphia Phillies, Houston Astros and Baltimore Orioles.
