Yes, Giorgio is a 1982 musical/comedy starring Luciano Pavarotti. He plays an Italian opera singer by the name of Giorgio Fini who loses his voice while in America, and is treated by a female throat specialist, played by Kathryn Harrold, with whom he falls in love.
