Zumbul-che
'Zumbul-che', a pre-Hispanic Maya sweat-bath ritual, performed to purify mind and body. This sacred ritual, similar to the Aztec's Temazcal sweat-bath, began with a sacred Caracol melodious sound and meditation ceremony.
