Zeca Scheffer
Zeca Scheffer was a Brazilian big wave surfer and water rescue specialist who is credited to have introduced several southern Brazilian off-shore point breaks to the international big surf community. He pioneered the Tow-in surfing technique in Brazil in places like Ilha dos Lobos.
