Zieve's syndrome
Zieve's syndrome is an acute metabolic condition that can occur during withdrawal from prolonged alcohol abuse. It is defined by hemolytic anemia, hyperlipoproteinaemia (excessive blood lipoprotein), jaundice, and abdominal pain.
