Zhajiang mian



Zhajiang mian (lit. "fried sauce noodle") is a northern Chinese] dish consisting of thick wheat noodles topped with a mixture of ground pork stir-fried with either [[sweet noodle sauce ([pinyin: tiánmiànjiàng) or hoisin sauce] ([pinyin: hǎixiānjiàng).
