Zohnerism

A Zohnerism is the use of scientific fact to bring about a false conclusion. It is named after Nathan Zohner, a 9th grader who made a petition against the use of the chemical DHMO (dihydrogen monoxide - better known as water) as part of his science project, by showing only its negative aspects, such as its involvement in acid rain and deaths caused by ingestion of it.
